Sharing Experiences of Retired and Responsible Executives (SERVE)

vprogFPD's interventions in the Philex mining project in Padcal was made possible because of the help provided by specialist in setting up the various Community Business Technology Centers. These specialists form the core group of SERVE.

Leader in Non-Goverment Community (LINGCOD) Initiatives

Volunteers from Banahaw Cultural Center in Quezon City had the opportunity to make a difference where help is really needed, when they organized a work camp at Jala-jala, Rizal in April 2010. The group constructed a water impoundment, organized a medical mission, gave a leadership seminar to students of the Diploma in Farm Business Management, distributed clothes to farm workers, and donated books to the MFI Farm Business School Library.

In June 2010, some young professionals came together and started a mentoring program to help students of MFI Farm Business Schools on their business plans. The following year, in May 2011, volunteers from Bagtikan Cneter in Makati City constructed water in impoundment to capture rain water in Jala-Jala Rizal.

Youth Corps

FPD saw the immersion of a group of student from Taiwan for a one week work camp in Barangay Punta, Jala-Jala Rizal. This activity paved way for the eventual establishment of a Community Business Technology Center in the locality.
